In 1997, the Marriott Southern Arizona Golf Invitational was inaugurated with the goal of raising much needed funds for important local charities. Tucson's most respected business and community leaders came together for a day of golf and networking followed by a lavish reception and dinner.
Since its inception, nearly $235,000 has been raised for our recipient charities. The tournament is held at the incredible Starr Pass Golf Club, an Arnold Palmer designed desert mountain golf experience. The reception is hosted by the world class JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa.
We are very proud to continue supporting the Tucson community with our 2009 tournament and are looking forward to teeing off for our best year yet!
